We are an In-Home, experienced Holistic Primary Care and Palliative Care Providers. Our patients appreciate the warmth, honesty, professional integrity, and open communication that define our medical practice. We understand that not every thing works for everyone and treat every person as the unique individual they are. We are determined to help our patients live their best life by providing quality medical care and focusing on our patients values, quality of life, and health. We do this by empowering and educating every patient so they can be take charge of their health. We provide in-office doctors appointments, in-home doctors visits, and tele-health doctors appointments, all provided by nurse practitioners. We are located in Howard County, and service Howard County, Anne Arundel County, parts of Carroll County and parts of Baltimore County.

Primary Care

Primary Care is the basic focus of all patient care. It is assessing, diagnosing, managing, and treating, of both acute and chronic illness. It’s also the focus of prevention, and helping patients live a healthy life.

Palliative Medicine

Palliative Medicine or Palliative Care, is a medical specialty and philosophy of care that focuses on the total quality of life of the patient. It focuses on managing chronic conditions, symptoms that may come up, and overall being an extra layer of support for patients and their families. It’s knowing that we cannot always fix everything, but we can always focus on improving your quality of life.

Holistic Medicine

Holistic Medicine is a total approach to a patient’s health. It is viewing each patient as a whole rather than a single symptom to be treated. It’s treating the patient and the family as unit. It combines traditional western medicine, some eastern medicine modalities, diet and exercises to improve a person’s overall wellness and health.

Rachel Ondrish CRNP

I am a Certified Registered Adult and Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I practice primary, palliative, and holistic medicine. I believe in supporting the body to heal itself, and I understand that not everything, works for everyone. My goal is to educate and empower my patients so they can live their best life. My personal philosophy is that you should have your cake, and eat it too.
